YCB will help those experiencing a situational problem, an immediate crisis, or have a longstanding mental health concern. YCB provides individualized service to children and adults, enabling them to recognize their strengths and teach them proactive life strategies to overcome daily challenges. YCB utilizes an evidence-based treatment approach and therapeutic practice interventions. The services can be in person or through Telehealth in the rural areas of Nevada.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a background in Clinical Psychology and dedicated to providing therapeutic services to individuals and families in need of guidance and support to move from where they are to where they want to be. I have experience working with individuals suffering from anxiety, depression, domestic violence, low self-esteem, autism, and behavioral issues. My treatment approach is based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Neurofeedback Training.

People are resilient and might not have the ability to remove their mountain although they do have the ability to climb it. I have been in practice for over 11 years helping others climb their mountain. I work with individuals, couples and families. I have experience in treating trauma, mood disorders, relationship issues, stage of life challenges, drug addictions and sexual addictions.
