Neurofeedback is a safe, non-invasive brain training procedure which allows client to self regulate their physiology and self regulate their symptoms. The client is watching a movie, playing brain games or listening to music; while the training is in progress; the clinician relates the results to clients behavior, feelings or thought patterns.
