Stress is the main culprit of most of our problems. However, it is how we respond to stress that may trigger the cascading of related body responses that can disrupt our health or benefit from it. While prayers and meditation are not meant to replace antibiotics or a fit diet, they can begin alleviating fear and let one enter into a self-discovery journey where one can even find oneself.
