I believe in a collaborative approach in terms of the therapeutic relationship that I develop with my clients. My focus is on assuring that the client feels safe to share their struggles, and by working together, implementing healthy coping skills that will lead them to finding hope and healing in their future. Often times the process consists of building a trusting relationship that allows me to accurately asses needs, utilize interventions that fit each individual, and set achievable goals that build motivation and momentum for the client.
