This evidenced-based group is for teens to learn and practice the skills needed to navigate the social world. Topics of this group include maintaining appropriate friendships, making the right choices in social situations, development of healthy self-esteem, finding common interests with peers, non-verbal communication, and dealing with teasing/bullying, peer conflict, and rejection. We are accepting new members; open to ages 12-18 years old.

This group is a process group for teens who have been experiencing isolation, social anxiety, and poor self-esteem. It is a safe space that offers them an opportunity to share experiences and relate to similar age peers. Participants will meet once a week for an hour. This group is facilitated by Crystal Rodriguez, M.S. and supervised by Dr. Shaw.
