Announcement icon I am still accepting new clients and am offering tele-sessions via Zoom or phone for clients who are distancing or quarantined.
I am a therapist who’s passionate about holistic healing and deepening the connection between the mind and body. No matter the issue, I aim to create a safe space where I can collaborate with clients to meet their needs and goals. That being said, clients do not have to have specific needs or goals in order be in therapy as we can explore this together as the therapeutic relationship develops.
As a therapist, I use a strengths-based perspective and a direct, empathetic, and humanistic approach in order to assist individuals in moving through various feelings and stages of life. I specialize in anxiety, depression, life transitions, and loss among other areas. I work to guide clients through times that can often feel overwhelming and tumultuous.
I received my degree from New York University and have 9 years of experience in both psychotherapy and also working in a hospital setting with the chronically ill specializing in grief and end of life care. Please feel free to call/email. I know reaching out the first time can be challenging and I am here to support you through that.
