Yoga group for 45 minutes followed by 45 minutes of group psychotherapy. Some experience of both yoga and therapy is recommended but an advanced practice is not necessary. Yoga/Psychotherapy can help you deal with depression, anxiety and stress, help you create healthy relationships, and help you explore the connections between the body and mind. Start date TBD
New bereavement group cycle beginning May 19, 2020. The group aims to provide a safe and therapeutic space for people grieving the death of a loved one. The group is open to anyone experiencing a loss, regardless of the relationship to the person or the amount of time that has passed since the loss. The group will also represent a variety of ages, and backgrounds among its participants.
This group will provide a safe and therapeutic space for people grieving the death of a sibling. The group is open to anyone experiencing a sibling loss regardless of the amount of time since the loss. The group will represent a variety of ages and backgrounds among its participants. The group will meet virtually for an hour and 15 minutes and will run for 10 weeks on Wednesday evenings. Exact time to be determined. The fee is $85 per session.
