Announcement icon I am currently offering remote sessions during the COVID 19 Pandemic.
As a therapist, I strive to meet my clients where they are at; to provide unconditional support, and create a safe space for self-reflection and exploration. In taking a consistently curious approach in session, I provide the opportunity for openness, vulnerability, and ultimately, a better understanding of oneself. I believe that deep reflection leads to a better understanding of ourselves, our needs, and our personal values.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in various techniques and modalities and I believe each client is unique, therefore my approach in session depends on individual needs. I am passionate about working with anxiety disorders, depression, life transitions, relationships, family systems, and coping skills.
I believe in creating a warm, inviting, safe space for all of my clients. I know the first step to seeking help can often be the most difficult. I am looking forward to learning more about what challenges you are currently experiencing and exploring what I can do to support you.

Kylie Brandt's Groups

Mentalization Based Treatment for Adults

Through our interactions with others, we experience different interpersonal connections, which can be harmful or positive. Varied emotional states can disrupt mental processing and create potential for misinterpreting information. These miscommunications hinder our ability to maintain relationships, foster deeper connections, and limit our identity and growth. We utilize group dynamics to explicitly discuss our emotional and cognitive processes, allowing the group members to take a curious stance to understand encounters flexibly.

More about this group

Mentalization-Based Treatment for Adolescents

This group focuses on the mental processes that occur from various emotional states regarding others and the self. We explore the depressive, anxiety, overwhelming, and other feelings that disrupt our ability to interact with our own and others’ thoughts and feelings. This process allows for the growth in personal identity, family dynamics, school achievement, peer connections, and more. We encourage a flexible yet firm approach to understand our minds through various expressive techniques, both verbal and playful.
