Announcement icon Due to COVID-19, I am currently offering all sessions online.
Have you or your child experienced significant life changes recently and are having a hard time adjusting? Have you or your child been feeling lost, lonely, isolated, anxious, or frustrated? Has serious illness entered your life or the life of a loved one, creating new challenges in adaptive coping and finding meaning in your life? Are you navigating profound grief and loss? I believe that by working together, we can identify and enhance your strengths while working on strategies that allow you to address the root causes of your difficulties and build meaningful social connections.
I aim to provide a safe and supportive environment where you can explore all of your unique and complex feelings, experiences, and goals as you process challenges and transitions in your life. I specialize in grief, anxiety, depression, coping with serious/ chronic illness, life transitions, perinatal mental health, and caregiver distress/burnout.
I am a licensed clinical social worker and trained yoga professional. Together we will build your resiliency and empower you to experience your most authentic self. Please feel free to contact me to set up a consultation. I look forward to hearing from you and embarking on this journey together! I am currently offering telehealth services for NY and IN.
