I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and have over 30 years of practical experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, families,children,and adolescents working with a wide range of backgrounds, beliefs and treatment issues.In addition to psychotherapy, I also provide treatment in the areas of chemical and behavioral addiction. As well as trauma and crisis counseling.

I enjoy seeing adults and children, as well as couples. I am interested in you as an individual. I specialize in stress management and effective communication, using a combination of problem-focused talk therapy and different types of biofeedback therapies, including brainwave biofeedback for self regulation. I am very interested in what are called "hidden" disabilities that seem to appear in elementary and middle school and look like laziness or lack of motivation. I am interested in finding the best treatment plan, tailored to your individual issues, to restore your well being as quickly as possible.

I utilize both Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help people to improve their lives. I have been providing counseling for over 15 years for individual adults and couples on a variety of issues including separation/divorce, communication, parenting, depression, anxiety, life transitions and men's issues.
