I am currently not accepting new clients **I am a Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor Intern and Certified Anger Management Specialist, as well as a Marriage and Family Therapist.** Therapy is a journey to explore areas of growth in a safe environment. I believe in a collaborative approach to therapy. By exploring the past and learning to incorporate it into a healthy present, I believe clients can experience a brighter future. Therapy can be an intimidating process and I am here to support you along the way. I work with families, couples and individuals of all ages experiencing conflict and difficult life experiences.

The four main areas I coach/counsel people in are: depression/anxiety management, anger management, career/business growth, relationship/marital challenges, and personal development. I am dedicated to helping people solve relationship and anger problems associated with disrespect, insecurities, bad attitudes, and guilt through spiritual non-judgmental conversation! Our hidden, underlying beliefs often keep us from experiencing the full richness of life. I use a combination of objective assessment tools, dialogues and cognitive behavioral exercises to help you achieve your dreams.
