Like the Hokey Pokey, change is essential in order to "turn ourselves around". But finding a therapist that clicks can be as problematic as finding the right shoe (it has to be the right fit- and believe me, not every therapist is a perfect fit!) When it comes to any type of change, even therapeutic, the greatest factor is the relationship between therapist and the client. My practice is honest, genuine while being direct. I try to create a comfortable and caring atmosphere. I work with individuals, couples, and families to create new perspectives and insights to reach optimal results
I use an integrative approach to offer you more effective tools that can make your life and relationships much more functional and rewarding. My approach is primary navigating communication pitfalls within relationships, and rebuilding strong foundations on emotional intimacy, vulnerability, and solid communication skills
I graduated from California Baptist University with a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology in 2016. Since then, I have been constantly striving to gain experience in working with life struggles such as anxiety, depression, codependency, emotional trauma and spiritual shaming while working at the Healthy Foundation Center, located in Las Vegas Nevada
