I am a certified licensed counselor-intern (CPC-I) who has received trauma and stress, trauma related EMDR, & critical incident stress management training. I am fluent in conversational American Sign Language (ASL). I graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I also have educational experiences allowing me to work with individuals with disabilities and behavioral concerns often related to trauma, depression, anxiety, & other stressors.
I have worked with a variety of individuals, from children with selective mutism to individuals with anxiety, depression, bi-polar disorder, and so on. I am receiving additional educational training in the area of Special Education focusing on emotional and behavioral disorders. I have also received training in BCBA (internship pending).
I believe that everyone can benefit from therapy, whether it is treating a mental health diagnosis or maintaining optimal personal well-being.
