Rising Calm Center's Groups

Online: Stress Management & Anxiety Support Group

Talking about our stress and anxiety can be a very healing experience. Join our group (adults 21+) to become more carefree, relaxed and confident. Embrace your own strengths AND imperfections. We inspire each other to improve our health, relationships, and habits. Our group operates in a relaxed manner where participants are not required to talk and may observe. Experiencing anxiety and stress can make you feel like you're isolated, but interacting with others who know what it is like can help to make you feel less alone. Contact us with any questions and how to get started.

Support Group During COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

Many are experiencing anxiety and fear during the pandemic. Connect and get support through our virtual group. Each group will include a check-in during which participants can mention desired topics, techniques will be used to calm anxiety, and education provided. This is a "drop-in" group, meaning that you can sign up for 2 weeks at a time rather than committing to participating for the duration of the group. We anticipate running this group while the Stay at Home Order remains in place, or for as long as there is interest. Let's experience peace, clarity, and be resilient.
