I work with adults, children, teens, couples, families and employees to move beyond struggles to a place of healing and growth. I treat patients with depression, anxiety, anger, grief, work stress, obsessive-compulsive and destructive behaviors, parenting problems, PTSD, and relationship issues to name a few.

Clients who come to see me typically are experiencing struggles with depression, anxiety, trauma related symptoms, or symptoms of Borderline Personality Disorder. The work that I do with clients is an active process for clients who are ready for change.

I am an integrative, and indeed, eclectic therapist, using whatever therapies I feel will help a client to overcome their problems. I am greatly informed by Gestalt Therapy, looking very much at the connection the client has with the "here and now" and with themselves. Using the relationship between myself and the client, we can explore connections and relationships, to challenge anxieties and beliefs, to find some resolution, to answer questions, and in fact, sometimes find out what those questions are.

My style is warm and depth-oriented. It is essential to offer a space where you can feel safe to be honest about what is happening in your life. Whether you're dealing with relationship issues, anxiety, depression or struggling with a life transition, it is the relationship between you and me that leads to insight and healing. I offer a personalized approach tailored to each of my client's individual needs to help him or her attain the growth and emotional well-being they are striving for.
