Sara Stein's Groups

Boundaries Group

Boundaries Group Do you feel selfish when you prioritize yourself? Struggle to say no? Blaming others for crossing boundaries you haven’t set? Boundary setting is a fundamental aspect of our lives that many of us find difficult. Whether they are mental, physical, material or self-boundaries, without them you are limited from living your most authentic life. In this 10 week group, we will work together to recognize, define, set and maintain our boundaries. Inspired by “Setting Boundaries Will Set You Free” by Boundaries Expert, Nancy Levin, we will learn how boundaries are a sign of self-respect and self-care.

More about this group

Self Esteem Group

Self-esteem refers to the way we view, think, and place value on ourselves. It impacts the way we interpret our lives and interact with the world around us. If you have struggled with criticism, doubt, or dissatisfaction with yourself, you are not alone. This 10 week group will provide a supportive environment where we will work on understanding how low self-esteem is developed and maintained, identifying our own biased expectations and negative self-evaluations, and learn to find self-acceptance through challenging and adjusting unhelpful rules, assumptions, and negative beliefs.

Young Professional Women's Group

Do you doubt yourself? Question your strengths or your self-worth? Struggle with setting clear boundaries or advocating for yourself? Do you ever feel isolated, like you are going through it alone? Creating a safe and supportive community of women, this group will focus on challenges commonly shared by women with the goal of developing a sense of self-understanding, self-acceptance, and self-growth. During each group, we will work together to build tools to address and overcome these obstacles. This group will promote connections amongst women, understanding of each other’s experiences, and empower each of its members.
